Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m the founder of Nurture You.
I’m on a mission to empower mid-life women in business. We all deserve to feel confident, empowered and visible in our businesses AND in our daily lives. Through gentle coaching and mindset techniques, I support women to face their fear of being visible and having their photo taken. And most importantly, to love and embrace the results of our time together!
